I have to say not had the same experience. The quality looks great and they are comfortable.The sound is average but the to call them noise cancelling is not true. Also my main the main issue with my phone the iPhone XS Max i can hardly hear when i receive calls the volume is 60% less than playing music or a podcast. I have my phone volume set on 100% and can hardly hear the callers. Other people have tired listening and they have the same experience. This needs sorting out for this phone model.
