They do run a little big so I recommend ordering your size, I sized up only because I like my jammies a little baggy so if you want yours a little baggy then size up but your regular size will be loose fitting. Bought these to wear for a hospital stay after surgery. The only thing I wish is that you could order separate shirt and Pant sizes. The pants were very baggy and long and I had to roll them up at the top a little. The shirt was a little snug on my breats. I'm big chested and ordered up knowing this and the top was still a little snug, but in having to order such a big top it made it so that the pants were really big.
