Package arrived within a few days.I bought this as a present for my 10 year old daughter. She absolutely loves this. I was stunned when my younger 6 year old daugther also mastered it after a few tries. Children learn so fast. It is a very good product and you can clearly see that it is well made. It is quite heavy but it comes with a carry case so easier to transport. The lights on the sides are great but the cover did come off a few times in the beginning but seems to stay on now... The battery life seems to be good but we haven't yet used it for a long amount of time, only short little uses. The only difficulty is the plug charger as it is a two prong American so you do need to purchase a plug convertor.
