Review: Great quality tent for backpacking - I used this tent for a solo wild camping trip in Dartmoor and was not disappointed. It was raining hard while I was setting up camp so I obviously pitched the outer first and managed to keeps my valuables dry. It's just a pity that the dark olive colour wasn't in stock when I bought this one otherwise I'd have gone for that. It's a great tent that's quick to set up and to take down. The aluminium poles are very high quality and snap together silky smooth. The best thing is that you pitch set up either the outer or the inner first and everything fits together well. The pegs very lightweight but sturdy. Great value overall. I had no problems with anything.

I changed the carry bag to a smaller drybag and it's even smaller compressed, i carry the poles separately on the side of my rucksack, see picture. My only complaint is the zips, they're not great quality, every time i pull on them it feels like they'll just about to break. Also I'm 193cm tall and i can't even imagine using this as a 2 person tent. For 2 shorter, skinnier people it's fine, but for tall, bulkier people look at this tent as a one person tent.

**Q: Other than the colour, what's the difference between the 210T and 20D version?**
A: The waterproof performance of 20D (PU 4000+) is better and the weight is lighter.
The waterproof performance of 210T is PU3000+.

**Q: Which has more floorspace, this or the Taga 2? It looks like they have the same internal space but this has a porch?**
A: As to these 2 Naturehike tent, Cloud Up 2 has more space than Taga 2, dear, also performance of Cloud Up 2 is better. 
Structure of these 2 camping tent are different, Taga 2 is lighter, but Cloud Up 2 suit for more places.

**Q: im 1.88 and want to travel with my girlfriend. we don't care too much about space but will we fit? she is about 1.7 and rather thin**
A: Yes II think you will fit.
Me and my girlfriend went away on  a cloud up 2 upgrade with no problem.
We are 178 and 173. 

We had enough space.

**Q: Is this waterproof**
A: I can fuly confirm that this is waterproof. I've spent countless nights wildcamping in my Cloud-Up 2 in bad wet weather and the tent had remained waterproof and stable despite the wind.

It's just a pity that the dark olive colour wasn't in stock when I bought this one otherwise I'd have gone for that. It's a great tent that's quick to set up and to take down. The aluminium poles are very high quality and snap together silky smooth. The best thing is that you pitch set up either the outer or the inner first and everything fits together well. The pegs very lightweight but sturdy. Great value overall. I had no problems with anything.
