Exactly as per what is shown. Nicely padded insole.However the size was large. I had ordered a 7 and I think I got 8 or 9. In the absence of size being mentioned on the shoe or packaging, I can't really tell whether you should order a size smaller or was it an accidental delivery of a larger size to me.The rating is totally depended on the loom and feel of the shoe.It is synthetic leather but does not feel plastic of any way cheap.
