Just don't fill them over the center pillar or you lose having a hole in your donut. I did spray them with canola oil spray so it doesn't stick, which was fine getting them out...but it left a layer of mess on the molds. And...you have to wash all that off if you are going to keep making more batches. I needed to make one more batch and didn't wash the layer of cake it had and by the time the next batch was done, it smelled like it was burning. In case you are wondering about size, they're not full size donuts. They are mini...about 2.5 inches in diameter.
