Mine works perfectly! *by A***R on February 24, 2019* I've seen some of the negative reviews stating that the product looked cheap, or it didn't work. I am experiencing the opposite. The product was packaged just like any other Apple product, and it works perfectly. If someone's charger broke or stopped working, there is a possibility that they could be a careless person. I've had my Macbook Pro since 2011 and this is my first replacement charger (4 years later).
