Add in the milk and dried shredded coconut (keeping some aside to sprinkle on the top). Mix the batter well. Add in the beaten egg white and fold it carefully. Be sure not to over mix. I have like this product coz it taste exactly like the Jaggery my mom buys from the village where it's produced ... Used it for beans laddu, sweet chilli sauce, chutney for chat , to make my fav breakfast Jaggery daliya , packing cud be in a container so it's easier to store . Price is a little highe as per my mother , as she is more aware of the pricing of These products.
