It also does NOT have an aftertaste. It has sucralose (the only ingredient that I recognized as a sweetener) in it and lists 4 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram fiber, and 2 grams of total sugars. I like to get the whopping 5 lb. size so that I order less often.
