This seemed to fit the bill in the description so I ordered it. I have never worked with window cling so I was super nervous but this stuff is pretty incredible. I even ordered samples from other companies and it was almost ridiculous how much better this stuff was. It was easy to hand cut intricate designs with a blade. When putting it up, it requires a bit of stretching and pulling to get it right. We worried the cut designs would tear but they didn’t at all. We pulled and scraped and pushed and tugged at this film and it moved and flowed with with no problem. Using water with some dish soap made it quite easy to put up. The ratio has to be right. Too much soap creates more air bubbles. Not enough soap makes it hard to get it to stick. We used a really good squeegee to get the air bubbles out because we were covering so much space but found that a credit card works way better on the edges or if you get an air bubble that won’t release, just takes a little longer.We took down the cling after our event and plan to use it next year. It was easy to put the original backing back on. I will come back and update on how it works when reapplying.I had to unroll and re roll as I was cutting the designs. Took several days and it important to note that the product creases and looks like crap when you mess with it as much as I did however, this stuff is so great that with just a little heat It totally molds it back into shape. Even just pressing it with the heat of my hand helped smooth it.Because the art piece I did was so large we had to put it up at different times of the day. At one point it was really cold and we couldn’t get the crease out of one particular portion during the application. We found that using steam on the opposite side of the window heated it perfectly and the crease came right out without altering or compromising the integrity of the product. This art piece w funded by the host so lots of pressure and no room for error because so much cling was required. I was so relieved to have found such a reliable product. It turned out perfect and the event was a hit! Everyone was blown away when they found out it was window cling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install - here are tips *by T***M on Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2020* First, the product works very well. Easy to cut to size and install, and it completely blocks out light. I installed the product on a double hung window with 6" x 9" grids, so I cut a total of 12 pieces. I had a self-healing cutting pad that helped keep the product in place when I cut the pieces to fit, but you could also tape down a corner or two to prevent movement while cutting. Leave the backing on the product while cutting. Use a sharp box cutter or razor and a ruler to keep lines straight while cutting. Clean your window glass before applying the product. Per the instructions provided, after removing the clear product backing I sprayed a mixture of water and dish soap (12 oz spray bottle with 3 drops of soap) on the back of the product and on the window. A plastic collar stiffener from an old office shirt helped me start to lift a corner of the backing off without damaging the product, but you could use any blunt item. A small window squeegee smoothed out the occasional air bubble after the product was on the window, but you could use a small ruler or credit card. Not necessary, but my Bosch laser measure provided accurate dimensions for cutting to size. Full disclosure, I was too excited and didn’t measure well. But the results are... still incredible.Are there a few spots where I cut wrong? YesIs it nearly pitch black in my daughter room?
