Review: Fixed my passenger heat/ac problem - Read the reviews. Bought this part for my 2011 Buick enclave and it fixed the problem. No more hot air blowing out of the passenger side vents. A/C blowing again. I can’t speak of the longevity of the part. If it stops working too soon then I’ll update my review. But as of now, it’s been only a week and no problems. Hardest part was removing old one and getting screws back in place. You actually have to rig an Allen wrench and screw head to a socket using a paper towel. Which has nothing to do with this part and everything to do with Buicks design. I’m a 48 year old woman who watched a you tube video before attempting this fix. If I can do it, you can do it.

**Q: Will this blender fit the rear AC component?**
A: As long as it's the same model your replacing. It should work.

**Q: My 11 Acadia passenger side won't blow hot air out of vents. Stays on cold all the time, would this fix that problem**
A: It should. Mt 2011 Traverse takes 2 of these, one for the door to direct the air to feet, face or defrost, the other is to allow between hot and cold air. You need to see if the actuator is operating, if not this should solve the problem. Check YouTube, plenty of videos about these problems.

**Q: In my 2011 chevy traverse the heat/air is stuck on defrost and floor will this part fix the problem?**
A: Yes it will, the same thing happened to my Traverse, this fixed up the problem. Great buy considering you would pay around $120 at the dealership.

**Q: How to re calibrate?**
A: You should not have to, it is keyed to the shaft and will only fit one way no calibration is needed.

Perfect for 2012 Buick Enclave. My passenger side was blowing heat while air was on. Fixed the problem. For my car, you only need to remove the glove box. Was a little tricky to get in because of tight space. But you can definitely do it yourself.
