I thought they were great for the price, even though pretty sure they were not heavy duty frames. I was surprised to discover that the clear glass in the frame was glued to the frame (?) Since I was wanting to place a canvas board painting with acrylic paint, my desire was to remove the glass as is not necessary for an acrylic painting. I knew if I tried to remove the glass, I would probably damage the frame. I am not sure why these frames were assembled this way. Otherwise I thought the frames were good value for the price, and considering they were not solid wood, really presented themselves well.
