Man what a great product, pump is consistent and powerful, reservoir is clean and super efficient, return holder and probes are high quality and very functional. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Looks nice but doesn’t work! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2019* Product comes in a nicely packaged and looks to be high quality, I loved the reservoir and it fit like a glove in the space I had. My biggest complaint is the two fork sensors which are position in the sump to detect low water level. Multiple times now, both sensors have been exposed and did not trigger the pump to fill the top off water. Reliability is the #1 reason any would purchase an ATO system. I’ve contacted the vendor and after receiving no response, I went out and purchased a $20 optical ATO sensor which works better. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars If I could rate this in 2 parts *by P***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2022* 1) The tank is great, holds enough water that I do not need to make numerous trips each day topping off a 200 gallon reef tank.2) The sensor is absolutely horrible! I woke up to find the sump way underfilled, my return pump was barely getting water and blowing bubbles all over the reef. I have only had this system 2 weeks and need to dry the sensors almost daily. If they are dry, then the pump disperses water. If they are out of the water, but still wet, forget it. I was really excited to get this, but I am not going to be able to rely on this sensor to keep my ATO topped off.
