It may be worth going up a size and just putting it on a tighter setting. I'm pretty small chested (even when breastfeeding, dang it.) and others I've tried slip down. This one is great and stays in place as long as I need it to get the job done! The second bra I bought was this one. I was hoping the bigger openings would be better, but I guess I have forward-facing nipples and there's still a little too much space between the openings but it's usable. My other complaint about this bra is that it is not comfortable. It is not wide enough for me and so my boobs are pushed up over the top kind of like a push-up bra. I kept this as a backup bra for when my third bra is in the wash, but ultimately I plan to buy another Simple Wishes pumping bra to replace this one. Simple Wishes was the third bra I bought and I am very happy with it. Sizing is small, even though I read the reviews and sounded like a large would be perfectly big enough. Should have gotten XL. The slits are small and make it difficult for the flanges to fit inside, but could also be because it’s pretty tight on me. I typically wear a 38-40c cup and this said it would fit D cups and DD cups.
