**Q: Why did you choose fermented skate liver oil over fermented cod liver oil?**
A: Well for starters it helps the pineal gland which can affect many things. It contains more DHA/EPA and is lower in vitamin A but has more vitamin D and E. It also helped me out with a joint problem I was having when lifting weights or any heavy objects. Vivid dreaming seemed to also be nice also. Cod liver oil is great and I would recommend it also as a blend but between the two I would go with skate!

**Q: Does anyone know what the mercury risk is for this product?**
A: across many tests conducted by the manufacturer, there is no mercury detectable. There are no other heavy metal detected either. The product is very clean.
