Everyone has various skin and hair problems that occur from time to time or stay so persistently that they start annoying us and making us feel down about it. Care for our body doesn't take too much, yet it gives very pleasant results if proper. This book helps us achieve that.Starting with a guide and notes on implementing body and hair butters, Alynda provides us with a lot of useful overall information about everything related to the topic. After that, it's obviously the many recipes for the butters. I really liked the fact that the author explained in short what every butter is used for and where to be careful. Thanks to it, I could easily find what I needed(like the Antibacterial Tea Tree Whipped Butter or the other one for dealing with dryness). The ingredients were affordable and the instructions were clear and readable.Thank you for the very useful book. I recommend it to everyone.
