We’ve had to restock all our cat toys because our older cats died and one of them had been infectious so this little guy gets everything new. Unfortunately cat toys aren’t as well made as they used to be. These, I am pleased to say, are very well made. Tight stitching, good quality fabric plus a clever design. Our kitten really loves soft toys with a rattle or bell — and it is getting harder and harder to find soft toys with in integral bell or rattle — so I took a chance on these. He loves to chase a ball skittering across the floor but especially loves these with their unpredictable movements thanks to the fact that these toys are not round. They are shaped more like an American football or a barrel — ovoid in form. So when you toss them, if they give a bounce they tend to bounce to the side. Anyway, my little guy loves his so I’m recommending them for anyone looking for attractive and, more importantly, durable cat toys. But, I checked again for her birthday and was able to get a set of these plus sushi. This type of toy is her favorite and it’s surprisingly hard to find high quality toys like this, the closest in-stores are dog toys and those have squeakers and are too big. So this is pretty much perfect. My cat hasn’t had at them yet (waiting for birthday), but all my friends’ cats very much enjoy them and haven’t destroyed them, so this batch will probably be the same.
